Terms of Use | Mihrap

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Mihrap, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Limited license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mihrap for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and applicable store rules.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, automate abuse, interfere with its stability, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the app beyond what applicable law or store rules allow.
Do not use the app in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or harms other users or third parties.

4. Content and third-party sources

Mihrap may display prayer-related data, Quran content, live stream embeds, weather summaries, and map/place results from third-party sources. Availability, accuracy, and continuity of those third-party services are not guaranteed by us.

Prayer times, qibla readings, and devotional guidance are supportive tools and should be used with judgment, especially in travel, sensor-limited, or low-connectivity conditions.

5. Ads, rewarded flows, and purchases

The app may include advertising-supported surfaces. Some flows may be free, some may show ads, and some may later include optional purchases or premium access if activated in the product.

Rewarded ads are optional and should only unlock the specific in-app benefit described at the time of the reward prompt.
Interstitial ads are intended for natural pauses and may be suppressed around prayer windows or sensitive moments.
Store billing, refunds, and renewal rules are additionally governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms where purchases are offered.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, improve, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time, including features that depend on third-party APIs, widgets, sensors, or store policy changes.

7. Disclaimer

Mihrap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of third-party content, or suitability for every device and jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coplace AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including feature unavailability, third-party outages, or data loss that occurs outside our reasonable control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required by law, platform obligations, security needs, or serious misuse of the service.
